Datafield India has grown as the leading manufacturer of wires, cables and cable assemblies in India. We provide state of the art infrastructure to design and produce wires and cables to your requirements. Situated on 3.5 acres (150000 sq.ft) of land, are a domestic unit, an exclusive Export Oriented Unit, tooling room, testing lab, canteen and hostel building.
Manufacturing facility
To meet the special cable and wire requirements of the customers we have:
- In-house PVC compounding technology with a current capacity of 100 tonne per month
- Singapore technology for wire and cable assembly
- Plastic design unit that brings out the most apt PVC and plastics to meet the special requirements of the customers
- Copper wire drawing with capacity of 30 tonne of 0.08mm wire per month
- Extrusion – Extrusion of cables, wires, tubes and profiles. Nine extrusion lines from 35-70mm extruders. Extrusion of PP, HDPE, PVC, TPE, TPU, TPV, XLPE, FEP.
- Over mold - Over 50 vertical injection moulding machines of capacity 15-85 ton with total capability of 4 million pieces per month
- Wire Harness - automatic and manual crimping machines
- World class automation - Much of the finer work has been automated to ensure quality, uniformity and reliability.
Tool Room
The tool room has capabilities for mould design and development, crimping dies, making tools and jigs and maintenance activities. Some of the equipment owned - Milling Machines, Lathes, ZNC and CNC sparking, EDM Wire drilling, EDM Wire cutting. Our in-house expertise in tooling gives us an edge in new product development and enables intricate mould designs, fast development time and low machine down time.
Testing Lab
Datafield India’s testing laboratory has the complete set of testing equipment needed in accordance with international standards that is required for standardized testing as well as specialized testing for certified wires. Some of the standard testing equipment at our facility includes salt corrosion, flame, abrasion, environmental testing chambers.
Canteen
On campus, there is a fully functional canteen/cafeteria with the capacity to handle all the meal requirements of all the employees. There is a vegetable garden growing seasonal vegetables and greens to serve fresh, nutritious, farm-to-fork meals for the employees.
Hostel facility
The hostel building can host 500+ employees and has separate facilities for men and women employees with laundry facility and canteen.
